Look closely. You won’t find a screw.
Your remembrance stays inside. The outside is simply a piece of jewelry you love wearing. We weld the filling opening closed, then finish the surface so the closure isn’t visible.

Is Forever Sealed jewelry waterproof?
Yes. The compartment is welded closed, with no threaded screw or access to the ashes. Your loved one’s ashes stay protected inside. Follow the care instructions for your piece’s metal and finish.
Can the ashes be removed later?
No. Forever Sealed is a permanent choice. The compartment is welded shut and is not designed to reopen. If you want a keepsake you can open, explore our traditional cremation jewelry instead.
How much of the ashes do you need?
Only a small portion is needed. Your collection kit provides the instructions for your piece. Please follow those instructions, and contact us if you are ordering several pieces or have a question about the amount. Any unused ashes are returned.
How soon will my jewelry ship?
Forever Sealed jewelry typically ships 3–5 business days after we receive the ashes. Delivery time is additional, and custom designs may take longer. Check your chosen product or contact us when planning around a specific date.
What is included in the collection kit?
The kit includes instructions, collection supplies and a prepaid return label. Follow the enclosed directions for packing and returning your sample. If you need help at any step, call 1-877-723-4242.
Can I add engraving or choose a different chain?
Options vary by design. Choose Personalize to see the engraving, chain lengths and upgrades available for your piece. Fingerprints, photographs and custom artwork require a design that supports those options; contact us if you have something special in mind.
Can you make a keepsake for a pet?
Yes. Forever Sealed pieces can hold a small portion of a beloved pet’s ashes. Paw designs are a natural choice, but you can choose any suitable style that feels right to you.
