Everlasting Memories

Our family. Your memories.

What began with a father’s handmade urns for our family’s beloved dogs became a way to help other families remember. That personal beginning still shapes everything we do.

The Everlasting Memories team together

It started with the ones we loved

The inspiration for Everlasting Memories came from our love for animals. Our close-knit family included dogs who were every bit as much a part of the family as the people around the table. When they passed away, our dad—a finish carpenter—lovingly made the urns that would hold their ashes.

Those pieces carried more than craftsmanship. They carried his care for our family. We wanted to share that same care with other families, and Everlasting Memories was born.

Since starting in 2003, we have grown from a line of pet urns and a one-room office into a memorial business with our own facility and workshop in Montana. We have now helped more than 75,000 families find a personal remembrance.

Inside our Montana facility

Family first is personal to us

Life and loss have touched all of us here. We have lost parents, grandparents, a nephew and a grandchild, close friends and beloved pets. We have needed comfort, offered it, and learned that there is no single right way to remember someone.

That experience matters when a customer calls. Sometimes the question is about an engraving. Sometimes it is about trusting someone with a small portion of ashes. Sometimes it helps simply to talk to a person who will listen without hurrying you.

We bring more than 20 years of experience to those conversations, but we also bring the understanding that this purchase means something deeply personal. Our family-first approach extends to our team, with room for the things that matter outside work, too.

A small workshop. A very personal purpose.

Our collection has grown as families have shared what they need: urns for a loved one, jewelry that holds a small remembrance, a fingerprint to keep close, or a photograph to carry every day.

We handcraft our fingerprint jewelry in-house, tracing each print by hand to bring out its individual detail. Our Ash Jewelry combines a small amount of cremated remains with colored resin. With Forever Sealed jewelry, our team places ashes inside the keepsake and permanently seals the opening.

We also design and cast custom pendants and rings. If the piece you have in mind is not something you have found in a catalog, tell us about it. We can discuss the design, materials and next steps.

Care in every step

An order starts with our front office team. We review custom instructions, engraving, resin colors and any questions before sending the work to the appropriate department.

Photographs are prepared for engraving. Fingerprint kits, ring sizers and ash collection kits are arranged where needed. Our design and casting work begins with the aim of having the keepsake ready for the next stage when your materials arrive.

Text engraving is checked before it is engraved and again before shipping. Photo and fingerprint proofs are available on request. Each order is packaged securely, and tracking information is provided so you can follow its journey to you.
