We use design software to help you explore your piece before it is made. We’ll talk through the shape, metal, finish and engraving together, so you can tell us what feels right.

How much does custom jewelry cost?
Each piece is quoted for its design, materials, size and work involved. Tell us your budget range if you have one. We’ll discuss the cost before you commit to having your piece made.
How long will my piece take?
Timing depends on the design, revisions, materials and any remembrance being sent to us. We will confirm an estimate for your project. If you have an important date, please tell us at the start.
Can my piece include ashes, hair or another remembrance?
Custom cremation jewelry is available in traditional and Forever Sealed styles. Ash resin offers another approach. Tell us what you hope to include so we can confirm the right construction and collection instructions. Do not mail a remembrance until we have discussed your project.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. EVR uses rendering software and shares proofs during the custom process. Use that stage to discuss the shape, finish and details with our team. We’ll explain the scope of design work and any revision costs for your project.
Can you use my old jewelry or gold?
Please contact us with photos and details before sending anything. We need to assess the request before confirming whether an existing piece or material can be used.
Can custom jewelry be returned?
Custom orders are not returnable. Engraved pieces, Forever Sealed jewelry and ash jewelry also have return exclusions. Please review the design and agreed details carefully. If a piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us so we can help.
