How do I send my photo?

Use the photo upload option when ordering. You can also email your photo to sales@evrmemories.com with your order number and any cropping instructions.

What makes a good photo for engraving?

A sharp original file, even lighting and a clear close-up are a good start. Avoid screenshots, heavy shadows, strong filters and bright areas that hide facial details. Our photo guide explains what to look for.

Can you crop the photo or combine two people?

Yes, our photo editors can help with cropping and combining people from separate photos. Include your instructions and contact us before ordering if the edit is complex or you are unsure whether the images will work.

Will the photograph be in color?

Standard photo engraved designs reproduce the image in grayscale on metal. Choose a design specifically listed as Color Photo Jewelry for a full-color image. The finish, light and viewing angle affect how an engraving appears.

Does every piece hold ashes?
