Follow the kit instructions and return your remembrance using the supplied prepaid label. Contact our team before sending combined ashes, hair, fur or another remembrance.

3. We fill and forever seal it

Our filling professional places your remembrance inside the jewelry. Our jeweler welds a matching plug into the opening, creating a permanent seal with no threaded screw. Your finished piece, Certificate of Authenticity and any unused ashes are returned to you.

Your collection kit typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Return it following the instructions and using the prepaid label.

Your finished jewelry typically ships within 3–5 business days after your ashes arrive. Standard delivery then takes approximately 3–5 business days. Total turnaround depends on when you return the collection kit; these are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Ground shipping within the continental U.S. is included for the collection kit, its prepaid return and the finished jewelry.
